Jahangir Khan unveils JK Windsor Squash Cup in Canada

Jahangir Khan is in Ontario, Canada this week as guest of honour for the inaugural JK Windsor Cup.
Past, present & future squash stars will converge in Windsor, Ontario from the 15th to 21st August at the Devonshire Mall as the Squash Canada all-glass Power Court will play host to a series of exciting events to showcase squash.
Four events will be held concurrently, including the inaugural Jahangir Khan Windsor Cup Men’s Invitational & JK PSA Windsor Women’s Open alongside Men’s & Women’s PSA Satellite events.
“I’ve always had an affinity for Canadian squash including winning my first World Championship in Toronto in 1981,” said Jahangir Khan, the 10-time British Open Champion who used UNSQUASHABLE rackets throughout his record-breaking career. “I am excited to be part of this vision that will no doubt bring exposure to our great sport and develop our athletes.”
The JK Windsor Cup which will feature top PSA players Marwan El Shorbagy of Egypt, Miguel Rodriguez of Colombia, Eain Yow Ng of Malaysia, Shahjahan Khan of the USA & Canadian’s Nick Sachvie, Shawn Delierre & Mike McCue, & aims to be an exciting celebration of world-class squash while providing critical development opportunities for Squash Canada’s Senior, NextGen & Junior players.
