unsquashable.com currently delivers to Great Britain Mainland only.

Order Processing Times:
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Next working day delivery can be accessed at checkout for an additional charge.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Estimates:
Standard delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service used.
Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are guidelines only, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).
If your tracking link is not updating, please allow the courier time to scan and process the parcel.
Missed or Failed Deliveries:
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:
The courier may leave a calling card or email with instructions.
You may be able to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, a re-delivery charge may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email sales@unsquashable.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Please provide photos of the packaging and the item(s) received.
