Refund policy
Returns, Refund & Warranty Policy:
Only products purchased directly from unsquashable.com are eligible for a refund and/or replacement.
Products may be exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the returned product(s) are unused and in a re-saleable condition.
Returned products must be unworn, with all labels and tags still attached, and must be accompanied by proof of purchase from unsquashable.com. For the avoidance of doubt, all returned rackets must have the original cellophane cover intact on the grip for us to process and accept the return.

Important Information:
It is the responsibility of the customer to cover all costs associated with returning products for a refund or replacement.
Customers must provide proof of return. UNSQUASHABLE cannot accept liability for items that are lost, damaged or undelivered during return transit.
We strongly recommend returning all goods using a trackable delivery service.
Customers are required to provide a valid postage receipt in order for a refund of return shipping costs to be considered.
A member of our Sales Team will contact you within three working days of receiving your returned product(s) to confirm the next steps.
If we agree to refund the cost of return shipping, you must provide a valid receipt. Any reimbursement will be limited to the cost of the original outbound shipping charged on your order.
All returned products, including faulty items, must be sent to the address below for inspection:

UNSQUASHABLE Warranty Policy (UK)
Customers purchasing products from unsquashable.com should note that product-specific information, including (but not limited to) features, selection, correct use, maintenance and care, is provided on our website and within this warranty policy.
UNSQUASHABLE liability is limited to the obligations and responsibilities set out in this warranty policy, in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Any product found to fall within the terms of the UNSQUASHABLE Warranty Policy will, at our discretion, be repaired or replaced. UNSQUASHABLE reserves the right to determine the most appropriate solution.
If the original product is no longer available or is deemed uneconomical to repair, UNSQUASHABLE may, at its discretion, replace it with a product of similar value and specification.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. However, it does not cover damage resulting from:
Transport damage or improper storage.
Incorrect use, misuse, or lack of proper care.
Unauthorised adjustments, modifications or repairs with unauthorised replacement parts.
Damage caused by sharp objects, torsion, compression, or dropping.
Abuse, improper maintenance, or failure to follow usage guidelines.
Normal wear and tear through regular use.
The serial number on the product has been removed, altered or made illegible.
Damage arising from these circumstances is excluded from warranty coverage.
In no event shall UNSQUASHABLE be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether the claim arises from contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability. This includes, without limitation, loss of property other than the product itself, loss of use of any property, or other economic losses.
Neither UNSQUASHABLE nor any authorised distributor or dealer shall be liable for contribution or indemnification, regardless of the cause.
This warranty does not cover any products that have been altered, repaired, or modified by a person other than UNSQUASHABLE.
No warranty claims may be transferred or reassigned to another person.
Additional Notes:
Products must be returned with proof of purchase.
Faulty items covered under UK consumer law can be repaired, replaced, or refunded, depending on the circumstances and timescale.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, which cannot be waived.
The following terms apply specifically to squash rackets purchased from unsquashable.com:
Frame cracks that occur without excessive or visible wear are covered under warranty.
Handle or shaft breakages with minimal impact evidence or no signs of excessive damage are covered under warranty.
Cracks accompanied by excessive wear, including loss of paint or wear around the bumper guard, are deemed to result from strong impact or misuse and are not covered under warranty.
Cracked or snapped bumper-grommet sets are not covered under warranty.
Rackets that have been restrung are not covered under warranty. UNSQUASHABLE recommends that rackets are strung only by certified squash stringers.
Butt caps that become loose or detached are not covered under warranty. The butt cap can be repaired by removing the grip and either stapling or gluing it back into place.
String wear or breakage is excluded from warranty. Due to the nature of squash, string breakage is considered normal wear and tear, and may result from factors beyond our control, such as off-centre ball strikes, rather than the quality of the string itself.
We always aim to provide a fair and transparent warranty policy, which is why we offer an unconditional guarantee on squash rackets within 30 days of purchase. Typically, a manufacturing defect will result in a racket breaking during the first one or two uses. UNSQUASHABLE cannot offer a refund or replacement if the damage is not directly attributable to a manufacturing fault.
The following terms apply specifically to squash shoes purchased from unsquashable.com:
Damage that occurs without excessive or visible wear is covered under warranty.
Damage accompanied by excessive wear, including loss of grip on the outsole, or wear on the midsole or upper, is considered normal wear and tear and is excluded from warranty.
Breakage of shoe laces is considered normal wear and tear due to the nature of squash and is excluded from warranty.
We always aim to provide a fair and transparent warranty policy, which is why we offer an unconditional guarantee on squash shoes within 30 days of purchase. Typically, a manufacturing defect may result in shoes failing or breaking during the first few uses. UNSQUASHABLE cannot provide a refund or replacement if the damage is not directly caused by a manufacturing fault.
Any product that is outside the above terms of warranty will be returned.
