The unique technologies and outstanding performance of our CROSS-TEC shoes is perfectly complimented by sleek, modern and contemporary aesthetic styling. DynamicFit™ Upper:
A unique DynamicFit™ upper design has been meticulously engineered to offer the ideal combination of breathability, support, flexibility and durability though the thoughtful selection of materials and structural elements that are proven to deliver optimal performance and comfort during intense practice sessions and matches.

The primary material of our unique DynamicUpper™ is a lightweight and breathable engineered mesh fabric that enhances ventilation to reduce heat buildup inside the shoe to keep the foot cool and dry, which is crucial for maintaining foot comfort during prolonged and intense play.

Strategically placed synthetic overlays in high-wear areas such as the toe box and sides, provide additional support and structure to the unique DynamicFit™ upper design, allowing increased durability to be combined with improved flexibility for natural motion by helping lock the foot in place, particularly during lateral movements and sudden changes of direction.

The toe area is reinforced with a durable synthetic material to protect against abrasions and impacts during frequent toe-dragging movements typical in squash, and all materials are chosen to provide longevity without sacrificing flexibility or breathability.

A padded tongue and collar further enhance comfort by reducing pressure points and preventing irritation.

Rounded Heel Radius:
“To make it easier to land correctly on your heel and thereby roll smoothly in and out of the characteristic squash lunge, we have increased the radius of the heel area to provide a more efficient movement that minimises strain on your joints and Achilles”

When moving in and out of the characteristic squash lunge, your movement needs to as quick and fluid as possible. To achieve this, the heel construction and design needs to have a larger radius compared to a general multisport indoor shoe which typically have a small heel radius which means that you balance your heel on a very thin edge when moving in and out of a lunge, which creates an unstable base that can increase the risk of ankle and Achilles injuries as well as preventing a smooth and fluid movement.

In addition to the larger heel radius, the midsole has been extended to provide greater support and stability to allow a soft in-and-out lunge movement with enhanced control and agility.

AbraZone™ Hexagon Outsole Pattern:
The design of the outsole, the area of the shoe that is in contact with the floor, is critical to providing an assured grip that allows players to move with confidence, whether accelerating to the front of the court, stopping quickly or turning suddenly.

Regardless of the condition and quality of the court floor, the unique hexagonal pattern of our durable AbraZone™ outsole maximises grip through controlled suction of each hexagonal chamber, ensuring dust particles stay clear of the outsole surface where the grip properties are left in optimum condition.

Fast and agile movement is further enhanced by a natural gum rubber forefoot that perfectly complements the diagonal flex groves that allow players to retain their weight through the front of the foot to promote quicker and more explosive movement.

Carbon Torsion Unit:
A super strong, ultra-lightweight Carbon Torsion Unit arch support allows the forefoot and rearfoot to move independently to provide better surface adaptation and stability for smoother and more agile movement.

The carbon-fibre plate is situated in the arch area between the outsole and the midsole, and its shape is designed to optimise the torque properties in line with the foots biomechanics leaving you with a very well balanced shoe that provides excellent support as well delivering explosive forefoot propulsion and exceptional energy return for faster and more efficient movement.

‘U-FOAM’ cushioning in the rear and forefoot absorbs impact shock with increased stability, allowing for more comfortable landings, pivots and stops.

Furthermore, high-grip ABRAZONE outsole delivers enhanced cushioning, durability and security of movement.

A DuraZone™ upper increases durability and reduces overall weight without compromising stability and comfort.

The ability to change direction quickly on court is provided by our ergo sculptured natural gum rubber at the forefoot allowing enhanced traction even on a slippy surface.

Excellent lateral stability is complimented by outstanding player comfort through improved rear foot and forefoot U-FOAM cushioning.

What delivery options are available?
We currently offer deliveries to the UK only which will take 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch. If delays are anticipated, you will be contacted by email with an update on your estimated new delivery date and time.

If I am ordering from Non-EU countries, am I liable for import taxes?
We currently do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.

Do you deliver to British Forces Post Office (BFPO)?
Unfortunately, UNSQUASHABLE do not currently deliver to British Forces Post Office (BFPO).

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping in the UK across a wide range of products. All products offered with free shipping can be identified by ‘FREE SHIPPING’ included in the product name. Please note that ‘Delivery charges will apply to other purchases unless specifically identified as a FREE SHIPPING offer’ which is included with the product description.

How will I know that my order been dispatched?
As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an automatic email to confirm an approximate delivery date. If your order has been sent on a tracked service, the email will include tracking details and a link to the courier website.

Please note:
Collections from our warehouses are Monday to Friday. If your parcel is marked as dispatched after 3pm or on Saturday or Sunday, it will be collected on the next working day. From the next working day after that you will be able to track it on the courier's website.

Tracking information on the courier's website may not be available until the following working day after dispatch.

How can I track the delivery of my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an automatic email to confirm an approximate delivery date. If your order has been sent on a tracked service, the email will include tracking details and a link to the courier website. Please note that tracking information on the courier's website may not be available until the following working day after dispatch.

If your delivery has been sent via DPD Courier: please enter your 10-digit reference number in the 'Quick Track' box once available on the DPD website. The full delivery status of your order will then be shown. All deliveries will need to be signed for between 9.00am and 6.00pm. Deliveries within the UK are sent on a next working day service and to the Republic of Ireland two working days. If you miss the delivery, a card will be left and DPD will attempt to deliver the next working day. If you need to contact DPD regarding delivery of your order, please call DPD customer service on 08445 560 560.

What happens if I'm not at my delivery address at the time of delivery?
If you are out at the time the courier delivers your order, Royal Mail or DPD will leave a card explaining where the parcel is being held alongside with relevant contact details. If someone else is at the address they may sign for the parcel as the courier is contracted to deliver the parcel to the address stated, not the person. If you haven't received your parcel or a card within the expected delivery time you can track your parcel using the information provided in your order confirmation email.

Do you deliver to an alternative/work address?
We ask that you provide the correct billing address details when submitting your order, but you may change the delivery address to an alternative residential or business address. If you request a business address for delivery, please make sure you enter the address as completely as possible including, if necessary, business name, building name, floor, department etc.

To protect customers from potential fraud, if you request for a delivery address change, you must email sales@unsquashable.com from the email address you used to place your order, confirming full details of the address change. Any changes may be subjcet to additional checks.

Please note that currently we do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.

What should I do if I don't receive the parcel within expected delivery time?
DPD: all parcels sent by DPD are trackable by using the reference number provided in your dispatch email. By clicking on the link in the email this will re-direct you to the DPD website; or you can visit https://track.dpd.co.uk/ and copy and paste your tracking number into the website to receive updates. Even if there has been a delay there should be a clear indication where the parcel is and potentially the cause of the delay.

In the first instance, we ask the customers contact DPD direct who should be able to provide more detail regarding any delays. DPD may request further information to locate your address.

Royal Mail: orders that are despatched by Royal Mail are non-trackable. You will be informed in your order confirmation email if your order has been despatched by Royal Mail along with confirmation of when you can expect to receive your order. If you have not received your parcel within 3 working days and a card has been left detailing an attempted delivery, please email sales@unsquashable.com

Please note that in the unlikely event that your order has been lost by Royal Mail, we must wait 15 working days until Royal Mail will classify the parcel as lost. We will monitor all parcels that are considered be lost and will keep you updated of all developments.

Can I refuse my parcel?
If you wish to refuse your parcel or have refused delivery due to you not wanting the order, you will be liable for any costs that we have incurred from our courier.

You may however refuse your parcel if there is something wrong with your order, something is missing, or the package is already opened or damaged.

What happens if the courier loses my parcel?
In the unlikely event of your parcel has been lost by the courier, we will be responsible for making communication with the courier, including the eventual claim for the lost items.

Once the courier classifies a parcel as lost, we can process a replacement or refund immediately.

What happens if my parcel is damaged upon receipt?
If the outer packaging of your parcel is open or damaged, we suggest you check all items are present and not damaged before signing for the parcel.

If there any items are missing or damaged, you should refuse delivery and email sales@unsquashable.com immediately in order that we can contact the courier and make appropriate arrangements.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong product, we will refund the cost of return postage back to the card used to purchase the item(s) and despatch the correct product upon receipt of the product being returned and received by us by recorded delivery with a covering letter providing details of your order and any incorrect items. To avoid any delays, please include the receipt for postage in your returned parcel.

I have received a faulty item, how do I resolve this?
In the unlikely event that goods are faulty upon receipt, please email sales@unsquashable.com in order that we resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

An item is missing from my order, how do I resolve this?
In the unlikely event that your order is incomplete, please check your dispatch notification email to see if any of your items are to me despatched separately.

If the dispatch note says an item should be in your parcel but it isn't, please email sales@unsquashable.com, providing all relevant details including your order number, product code and description of item(s) missing in order that we resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

No, unless stated otherwise on our website, UNSQUASHABLE rackets do not come with a racket cover.

What is the difference between the different headshapes of UNSQUASHABLE squash racket?
UNSQUASHABLE offer squash rackets with three different types of headshape which are generally referred to as Teardrop (open), Classic (closed) with the third option, Hybrid, featuring a small bridge and therefore an amalgam or combination of the Teardrop and Classic Headshapes.

Which UNSQUASHABLE squash rackets provide the most power?
Teardrop (open) squash rackets have a longer string-bed and longer sweet spot which offers a more power even for off-centre hits. Our UNSQUASHABLE Y-TEC squash racket series features a Teardrop headshape and are the most powerful rackets in the UNSQUASHABLE range.

Which UNSQUASHABLE squash rackets provide the most control?
Classic (closed) squash rackets have a bridge across the throat and a more traditional appearance similar to tennis rackets. The more traditional design, with a bridge across the throat area, provides greater torsional stability and produces an isometric (square) string-bed area and sweet spot which is more suited for players looking for greater levels of control and accuracy versus power. Our UNSQUASHABLE TOUR-TEC squash racket series features a Classic headshape and offers the most control of all rackets in the UNSQUASHABLE range.

Which UNSQUASHABLE squash rackets provide the best combination of power, control and feel?
Hybrid squash rackets feature a small bridge to provide a combination of power, control and improved player feel with an overall performance somewhere between a Teardrop headshape and Classic headshape. Our UNSQUASHABLE SYN-TEC squash racket series features a Hybrid headshape and offers unique ‘player feel’ as well as the ideal combination of power and control.

What is the difference between the different constructions of UNSQUASHABLE squash racket?
UNSQUASHABLE offer squash rackets with four types of construction, each developed to provide a different and distinctive overall performance characterises.
PowerCore™ construction provide the optimum combination of racket stiffness for enhanced power whilst reducing shock for improved feel and player comfort. UNSQUASHABLE AUTOGRAPH and our latest TOUR-PRO (Y-TEC PRO, SYN-TEC PRO and TOUR-TEC PRO) squash rackets feature PowerCore™ construction.
CarbonWeave™ construction has a ‘softer’ and ‘more forgiving’ feel compared to a PowerCore™ construction, to provide increased levels of power and player comfort. All UNSQUASHABLE squash rackets are pre-strung with our UNSQUASHABLE TOUR-TEC PRO 1.20 DuraFibre™ string which has been specifically developed to offer the best overall combination of performance and durability.

What tension are UNSQUASHABLE squash rackets pre-strung?
UNSQUASHABLE squash rackets are generally strung pre-strung at a tension of 28lbs which is provides the best overall combination of performance and durability. To optimise the performance of your racket to best suit your standard and individual playing style, we recommend that you re-string your racket. Whether you are an advanced player or just starting to play squash, your choice of squash string and the tension that you string your racket make a significant difference to the overall performance of your squash racket.

Do you restring rackets?
No, we cannot offer a restringing service.

How often should I restring my UNSQUASHABLE squash racket?
As a general rule, squash players should restring their squash racket throughout the year as many times as they play each week – i.e. for squash players who play at least three times a week, it is advisable that they restring their rackets a minimum of three times annually to ensure optimal performance. Over time, squash racket strings lose their elasticity and even if you play squash less frequently you should still aim to restring your racket at least a couple of times a year to gain maximum performance from your racket.

Where can I buy bumper grommet sets for UNSQUASHABLE rackets?
UNSQUASHABLE Bumper Grommet Sets can only be purchased from unsquashable.com. Bumper Grommet Sets are available for all UNSQUASHABLE rackets and each has been specifically engineered to provide optimum frame protection without compromising overall racket performance. UNSQUASHABLE Bumper Grommet Sets are manufactured from lightweight durable and non-marking plastic to enhance frame durability by absorbing impact whilst ensuring that racket pick-up and performance are not compromised. For optimum protection, we recommend that Bumper Grommet Sets are replaced each time the racket is re-strung or when an existing bumper grommet becomes worn or cracked. Each UNSQUASHABLE Bumper Grommet Set includes a single bumper guard and two grommet strips.

Do you offer warranty if the string in my racket breaks?
UNSQUASHABLE does not offer Warranty on any string wear/breakages or broken, cracked or snapped bumper-grommet strips. String breakage can be due to many factors outside of our control and not directly related to the quality of the string, including hitting the ball off-centre.

Can I demo an UNSQUASHABLE squash racket?
