Ronald Palomino joined UNSQUASHABLE in 2023 following an extended break from the PSA World Tour due to an Achilles injury, during which the young Colombian adopted our TOUR-TEC PRO shoe and worked alongside our research and development team as part of his rehabilitation and our ongoing and uncompromising search for the marginal gains that make our the most technically superior squash shoe available to allow players to perform at their best without the worry of injury.

Alongside our UNSQUASHABLE TOUR-TEC PRO footwear, Ronald uses our Y-TEC PRO racket and our TOUR-PROVEN collection of clothing, grips, strings and luggage.

Following his debut on the PSA World Tour in 2018 at the Betty Griffin Memorial Florida Open, where he reached the quarter-finals, Ronald quickly demonstrated why he is recognised as one of the most exciting talents to emerge from Colombia by breaking into the coveted top 100 rankings by the end of 2021.

After the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Ronald demonstrated a remarkable level of consistency throughout 2021 by reaching at least the semi-finals in all six PSA World Tour events that he participated in as well as securing his maiden PSA title at the Colombia Squash Challenger with victory Edgar Ramirez Bautista in a thrilling final.

Continuing his impressive run into 2022, Ronald achieved semi-final berths at the PSA Colombian Open and the PSA Equinox Boston Open, followed by a second and third PSA title at the PSA Guatemala Open and PSA Regatas Resistencia Open respectively.

After joining UNSQUASHABLE in July 2023, following an enforced break from the PSA World Tour having sustained an Achilles injury the previous November, Ronald continued his impressive comeback by finishing runner-up to top seed Alfredo Avila at the Copa Mexico Temazcal 2023 Squash Championships staged at the Squash Temazcal, Cocoyoc in Morelos, Mexico.

In November 2024, Ronald, partnered by Juan Vargas, defeated top seeds Cesar Salazar and Leonel Cardenas of Mexico 9-11 11-3 11-3 to win Gold for Colombia in the Men’s Doubles at the Pan American Games 2023 in Santiago, Chile.

Immediately following his Pan American Games success, Ronald defeated fellow Colombian José Santamaria in the final of the PI Constructora IlI Open Colombiano La Pradera to claim his first title since returning to the PSA World Tour following his Achilles injury 12 months earlier.

Ronald Palomino defeated top seed James Peach of England in March 2024 to win the University of the West of England Bristol Squash Open in England.

Ahead of the 2024-2025 season, Ronald enjoyed a hugely successful Pan American Squash Championships, claiming a Silver Medal in the Men’s Singles and Gold Medals in the Men’s Doubles and Team Event at the Club Tennis Las Terrazas Miraflores in Lima, Peru.

In his first PSA tournament of the 2024-25 season, Ronald won his seventh PSA career title, & his fourth in the last twelve months, with victory at the SPAC Open in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

In November 2024, Ronald Palomino defeated Veer Chotrani of India in the final of the PSA Costa Rica Open staged at the Santa Ana Country Club in San Jose to win his eighth PSA title.
