Elliott Morris Devred runner-up at PSA Northern Joe Squash Cup

Elliott Morris Devred reached the final of the PSA Northern Joe Cup in Manchester, England following a succession of giant-killing performances but was eventually denied by top seed Curtis Malik who claimed an 11-8 11-5 11-8 victory.
Following a straight-games victory over Hasnaat Farooqi in the 1st round, the unseeded Welshman was forced to navigate past #teamunsquashable players Simon Herbert & Stuart MacGregor to reach the semi-finals where he defeated Alasdair Prott of Scotland 11-4 11-4 11-5 in just 28-minutes.
Joel Arscott of New Zealand, another #teamunsquashable players was beaten in the 2nd round by the eventual champion, whilst John Meehan was beaten by Perry Malik in his opening match.
