The 4th seeded Egyptian recovered from losing the 1st game against his French finalist to win his sixth Professional Squash Association (PSA) World Tour title of 2021 in 47 minutes.
Moustafa Elsirty leads the PSA World Tour for titles won in the calendar year with six victories after another impressive sequence of performances.
The young Egyptian received a bye through the first round, before beating Pakistan’s Farhan Mehboob in his opening match & overcoming Max Lee of Hong Kong 11-7 12-10 11-6 to progress to the semi-finals where he got the better of another Hong Kong player, 7th seed Henry Leung, with a comprehensive 41-minute 8-11 11-7 11-7 11-5 victory.
Fellow #teamunsquashable player Amaad Fareed of Pakistan beat Vladislav Titov of Russia 11-1 11-5 11-7 in his opening match but was beaten 8-11 5-11 11-2 11-7 11-9 in a highly competitive 74-munte 2nd round match against top seed & Pakistan No.1 Tayyab Aslam.
