What payment methods are accepted?
unsquashable.com offers the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
What is the security check?
To ensure the highest levels of security, all orders go through a security check which have been introduced due to credit card fraud. All orders are checked to ensure that they are not fraudulent or a duplicate. We will contact you by email to request additional information should your order fail to complete our security check. When placing your order, please ensure that you supply the correct billing address information.
How long it will take to security check customer orders?
All orders will be processed within 24 hours. When your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation confirming authorisation was successful or an email from sales@unsquashable.com detailing any payment problems along with what actions are required.
I received an email saying that the name and address details I entered do not match that held by the card issuer, but they are correct. What should I do?
When we request pre-authorisation on your credit card, our bank will check with your card issuer that both the full order value is available and that the name and address details entered match those which they have on file. Any discrepancies will be flagged, and you will receive an email from sales@unsquashable.com requested further information or confirmation of the information you have supplied.
How can I cancel an order?
Once you have completed your order you can check its status by logging into your account on our website.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please email sales@unsquashable.com immediately, writing ‘CANCELLATION’ in the subject of the email to ensure that your request is dealt with as quickly as possible.
We will make every effort to ensure that your request is dealt with as quickly as possible, however we cannot guarantee that your requested cancellation will be actioned prior to your goods being despatched.
We can be contacted 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Why has full payment been taken straight away?
Once your payment details have been entered, your bank will place an authorisation against the full order amount. This will show as a pending transaction on your account (unavailable funds).
We will then either take all or part of this pending amount depending upon whether we are processing all or part of the order straight away.
If you cancel your order before we have completed the transaction the pending transaction will be voided.
Please allow 35 working days for any amount pre-authorised by your bank to be cleared into your available funds.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as funds have been received.
Are my details retained for future orders?
We do keep records of your Name, Address, Phone Number and email Address along with records of previous orders. If you have ordered previously, you will have a login which will allow you to place future orders more quickly.
What happens if the price of an item has changed after it is ordered but before its shipped to me?
Price reduction decisions are not always made in advance and therfore if you notice a price has been reduced after your order has been confirmed, but before you have received it, please email sales@unsquashable.com and we will credit the difference.
Unfortunately, if a price is reduced after you have placed your order, we cannot refund the difference.
