Yannick Wilhelmi was denied a place in the semi-finals of the PSA Bremer Schlüssel being staged at the Squash & Fitness Center Achim-Baden in Bremen, Germany by 4th seed Mahesh Mangaonkar of India who overcame his Swiss rival 11-5 6-11 11-4 13-11 in a tightly contested quarter-final.

Mahesh Mangaonkar squared off against Yannick Wilhelmi in the opening quarter-final with both players vying for a spot in the last four. The intensity was palpable as the score stood at one game each with each player displaying exceptional squash skills and unwavering determination to gain the upper hand.

However, it was Mangaonkar who managed to seize the advantage in game three and positioning himself one step closer to the semi-finals. The excitement in the arena only intensified as they entered the fourth game, which turned out to be a tightly contested battle. With nerves of steel, Mangaonkar ultimately edged past his opponent, claiming a hard-fought 62-minute triumph.

Yannick Wilhelmi of Switzerland has progressed to the quarter-finals of the PSA Bremer Schlüssel in Germany with a 48-minute 11-9 7-11 11-3 11-8 victory over fellow UNSQUASHABLE player Elliott Morris Devred of Wales.

The 5th seeded Swiss will today play 4th seed Mahesh Mangaonkar of India in the quarter-finals at the Squash & Fitness Center Achim-Baden in Bremen.

Following victory in his opening match since joining #teamunsquashble Owain Taylor was denied a quarter-final place by 8th seed James Peach of England.

Elliott Morris Devred defeated Wild Card Heiko Schwarzer of Germany 11-3 6-11 11-6 11-7 in his 1st round match & will today play fellow #teamunsquashable player Yannick Wilhelmi of Switzerland for a place in the quarter-finals.

Owain Taylor, making his #teamunsquashable debut, defeated Ondrej Vorlícek of the Czech Republic 11-9 11-4 11-6 in 34 minutes & will today face James Peach of England in the 2nd round.
