What is your Returns Policy?
Products may be exchanged within 30 days of you receiving your order, conditional upon the returned product(s) being in a re-sellable condition.
Returned products should be unworn, with all labels and tags still attached and should be accompanied with proof of purchase from www.unsquashable.com
For the avoidance of doubt, all returned rackets must have the cellophane cover on the grip for us to accept the return and issue a replacement.

Please email sales@unsquashable.com with details of your return, including confirmation of your order number, in order that we can provide you with a Returns Form and details of how to return your parcel back to us.
How do I return an item (UK Customer)?
All products which you wish to be considered for replacement are required to be returned to UNSQUASHABLE for inspection by one of our sales team.
When returning goods, the customer shall be responsible for arranging and paying for a fully tracked and signed-for carrier service which has the required insurance to cover the cost for any losses or damage in transit.
You shall remain responsible for all returned items while they are in transit and until the items have been confirmed as safely received and inspected by a member of our sales team. You should ensure that you retain any paperwork provided by your carrier that will assist in your claim with the carrier should UNSQUASHABLE not successfully receive your returned items.
We will only accept personalised items for return if the personalisation is incorrect from the receipt of order or if the product is faulty. If an item is incorrectly personalised and the item is used and not returned in new condition, UNSQUASHABLE reserves the right to refuse the item. By wearing or using the item the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the product.
Can I exchange my item for something else?

Have you received my returned item?
A member of our sales team will contact you within three working days of receiving your returned product(s) to confirm what action will be taken.
All returns shall be processed within 7 working days (Monday-Friday).
Can I return an item that has been personalised?
UNSQUASHABLE reserves the right to choose the method, colour and position of any personalisation unless specified by the customer.
We will only accept personalised items for return if the personalisation is incorrect from the receipt of order or if the product is faulty.
If an item has been incorrectly personalised and the item has been used or not returned in new condition, UNSQUASHABLE reserves the right to refuse the item.
By wearing or using the item the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the product.
Your statutory rights shall remain unaffected if the product is deemed to have a fault of manufacture.
UNSQUASHABLE reserves the right to refuse a faulty product if the product has been modified by a third party.
