Nick Wall named PSA Challenger Tour Players of the Month for September

Nick Wall has been named as the PSA Challenger Tour Player of the Month by the Professional Squash Association (PSA) for September, after winning the PSA Charlottesville Open, biggest title of his career to date.
The 23-year-old Englishman endured a gruelling path on his way to victory in the PSA Challenger Tour 30 tournament. In his opening match against Christopher Gordon and the semi-final clash with David Baillargeon he had to battle through five demanding games, before again showing his resilience by bouncing back from a game down to overcome top-seed Leonel Cardenas in the quarter-finals.
Nick triumphed in the final against fellow Englishman Nathan Lake 11-8 12-14 11-4 11-6 in 48 minutes to claim his 13th PSA title from the relatively modest No.6 seeding.
