Winner of 10 Professional Squash Association (PSA) titles
Italian No.1 & Italian National Champion in all junior age groups (U13 to U19)

Born in Cosenza, Cristina Tartarone enjoyed a successful junior career, winning Italian National titles in all age groups, before pursuing a career on the Professional Squash Association (PSA) World Tour in 2017.

In 2018, Cristina became the first Italian junior to win a European Squash Federation (ESF) Super Series Junior Championship, the Swiss Junior Squash Open 2018.

A ninth finish at the 2019 European Individual Junior Squash Championship in Prague and participation at the youth Olympic Games 2018 in Buenos Aires was followed by Cristina achieving a PSA career-high World Ranking of 122 before injuries and two surgeries prevented her from competing on the PSA World Tour for two years.

Cristina’s move to #TEAMUNSQUASHABLE in 2024 brought immediate success with wins at the Torneo città d’Italia #1, Open Costa Brava Squash Project 2024 and PSA Lysaker Squash Open in Norway.

Following a win at the Citta Italia PSA Roma Open in October, Cristina won her third Italian National Squash Championship title with an 11-3 11-5 11-4 victory over 2nd seed Heba Nossier.

As well as increasing our overall presence on the PSA World Tour, Cristina Tartarone has been instrumental in raising the visibility, influence and popularity of UNSQUASHABLE in Italy as well as across Southern Europe.
