Rory Stewart made his debut on PSA World Tour in 2016 and won his first PSA title the following year at the PSA Boston Squash Open in England.

In 2019, Rory won the Tour de las Americas - Mar Del Plata PSA Squash Open in Argentina which was quickly followed by a semi-final place at the PSA Paraguay Squash Open along with a last four appearance at the PSA Russian Squash Open.

After appearing in just two tournaments in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the six-month suspension of the PSA World Tour, Rory Stewart made his breakthrough in 2021 to move inside the top 100 in the PSA World Rankings after winning four PSA World Tour titles, the PSA City of Peterborough Squash Open, followed by wins at the PSA Carlisle Squash Open, PSA Scottish Squash Circuit & PSA Texas Squash Open.

Having secured a top 75 World Ranking at the start of 2022, Rory Stewart went on to win the PSA Liverpool Open and continues to show an impressive consistency that is likely to see him climb quickly into the World’s top 50.

At the 2022 Commonwealth Games in England, Rory Stewart followed his heroics in the Men’s Singles where he pulled-off the shock of the Commonwealth Games Squash Competition with a sensational 5-game victory over 3/4 seed Patrick Rooney, as well as extending fellow #teamunsquashable player James Willstrop to five games in an enthralling quarter-final, to claim a Bronze Medal for Scotland in the Men’s Doubles with partner Greg Lobban.

In September 2022, Rory claimed his 8th career PSA World Tour title with an 11-6 12-10 9-11 11-9 victory over Curtis Malik of England to win the PSA St Louis Open at the Missouri Athletic Club in St Louis, USA.

October saw Rory claim his 9th PSA World Tour career title with victory over Benjamin Aubert of France in the final of the PSA Bordeaux Gradignan Squash Open at Squash Bad 33, Gradignan in France.

The young Scot was denied consecutive PSA World Tour titles by Frenchman Auguste Dussourd who claimed victory on home soil in the final of the PSA Lagord Open.

Rory claimed his tenth PSA World Tour career title in March 2023 at the PSA Odense Open in Denmark with victory over Bernat Jaume of Spain in the final.

Following wins over Mohd Syafiq Kamal of Malaysia, fellow #teamunsquashable player Yannick Wilhelmi of Switzerland & England's Ben Coleman enroute to the final, Rory produced another stunning performance on the all-glass show court at Odense Squash Club to claim an impressive 11-4 11-8 10-12 11-6 victory over the 5th seeded Spaniard.
